uBongle was created as a result of the increasing number of Amazon customers who have had problems with the Amazon Marketplace in the past. All too often we hear stories from customers who have had bad experiences with the Amazon Marketplace, whether they be about failing to respond to customer queries, selling items of inferior quality or quite simply poor customer service in comparison to that which we get when dealing with Amazon directly. Sometimes people just want to buy from Amazon! uBongle basically removes the Marketplace, meaning that any item featured on this website is available (subject to stock) from Amazon directly. That being said, we do not disagree with the concept of the Marketplace. Far from it. Without the problems outlined in the paragraph above it has the potential to be an invaluable service where some great savings could be made on the RRP of an item. Our only aim is to provide a service or interface whereby a customer can search from Amazon's massive database of goods and return only those items which Amazon themselves have in stock.
