Tefal Quick Cup Claris Filter Cartridge delivered FREE!

I am only writing this review because of the slightly misleading nature of the other review. The instruction manual suggests a new filter every 6 - 10 weeks depending on the water in your area and how much use the device gets. But the machine will operate without a filter at all and just because the light suggests a new filter after 2 or 3 weeks you don't have to get one. I have had mine since Christmas and love it (especially good if like me you use coffee bags - bag in Mug press button walk away come back 5 minutes later), everyone who's seen it wants one! I live in a hard water area and only now after 10 weeks am I about to purchase a new filter.

i love this thing. it does splutter a little but tefal will send a modification to stop this. all boiling water will splutter. good product.

I am writing this review because I love the Tefal Quick Cup and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Both my husband and I use it on a regular basis and after 5 weeks we're still using the original cartridge which I think is excellent. As for energy saving then it remains to be seen if our electric bills go down, but at the same time as buying this kettle we did change all our light bulbs to energy saving ones, but in this climate I guess every little helps. The only downside of the Tefal Quick Cup is how noisy it is, but since its only for a few seconds per cup its easy to put up with. I have read mixed reviews but I read with an open mind and prefer to make my own mind up and in this instance I'm glad that I did.

The water in Staffordshire isn't particularly hard, so I hadn't noticed much limescale in my quickcup, but decided to change the filter anyway. At half the recommended retail price, these are very good value.

These are very difficult to track down, but thank goodness Amazon had them. You would think, wouldn't you, that shops such as Argos, who sell this Tefal One Cup, would sell the filters but OH NO! This is the filter made for the One Cup machine and this is the cheapest place i have found to buy them from. Tefal charge alot more. Delivery was prompt. Product arrived well packed and in excellent condition. This was the first time I have used Amazon. I will be using them again.

Oops, i have had this machine for a couple of years and have only just thought about changing the filter. It works just the same with an old filter in. The machine doesnt fur up or dispense scaling so its always been in the back of my mind to change it one day. Whilst checking out a new one I came across the reviews. There are no lights that I have seen to change it. the red button on the top has a red light on when the hot water is being dispensed. I always turn it off when not in use from the mains so it has been extremely good. I have a kettle in the background (the filter of which disintegrated so has had to be replaced) just in case it ever goes wrong, but it hasnt yet.

Inexpensive and lasts for several months, drinks taste better either hot or cold and ready in seconds, why wait for the kettle to boil?

This is one of the cheapest places to buy the Tefal Claris Filter Cartridge. Delivery is really quick, item well packaged and free postage. Couldn't find this cheaper anywhere else.

Tefal Quick Cup Claris Filter Cartridge I had great difficulty in locating this item in the 'High Street' - in fact I was not able to; however, Amazon came to my rescue! I intend, when I can afford it, to stock up with these excellent cartridges so that my local Water Authority can no longer slowly poison me with impurities!

It does what is says on the tin! Our Tefal Quick Cup needs these filters on a regular basis as we live in a hard water area, otherwise we get a frothy film on the surface of our hot drinks - yuk! They aren't cheap, but at least buying via Amazon, we saved on the rrp. They work well. Hope this is a helpful review!
